Most senior placement services are free to families because the facility pays them a commission, often a full month’s rent, when you move in. We work the other way: your family pays a transparent flat fee, we take nothing from any facility, and the shortlist you get reflects what actually fits your parent.

We start in the home, looking at care needs, finances, geography and what matters to your parent: their church, their doctor, their people. Sometimes the honest answer is that more home care solves the problem for years. When a move genuinely is the right call, the assessment becomes the search brief.
A vetted shortlist and tours
Assisted living and board and care homes are very different animals, and quality varies street by street. We shortlist the handful worth seeing, check state inspection records, arrange the tours, come with you, and ask the questions families do not know to ask about staffing, contracts and rate increases.
The move, managed
Paperwork reviewed before you sign, move-in logistics coordinated, and a familiar caregiver available through the transition so the first weeks are not faced among strangers. We check in after move-in, because the placement is only right if it still looks right a month later.

Ask us anythingA senior placement service, sometimes called assisted living placement, helps a family find and secure the right long-term setting for an older adult, most often an assisted living community or a smaller board and care home. Ours covers the needs assessment, a vetted shortlist, tours, contract review and the move itself, along with counseling for your parent through the change.
Your family pays us a flat, agreed fee, and we accept nothing from any facility. Most placement agencies are paid a commission by the facility you move into, commonly around a month’s rent, which quietly limits their suggestions to communities that pay them. Ours do not have that filter, and we will happily show you the fee in writing before we start.
Assisted living communities are larger, apartment-style settings with communal dining and activities, usually dozens to hundreds of residents. Board and care homes are ordinary houses licensed for about six residents, with a higher caregiver-to-resident ratio and a quieter, family-style feel. Cost, atmosphere and care intensity differ enough that many families change their minds after touring both, which is exactly why we tour both.
The opposite risk of a facility-paid agency is a home care company that never recommends leaving home, so we are careful here: the assessment is written down, the reasoning is shared, and when a move is the safer answer we say so plainly. Families usually come to us for placement precisely because they have watched us be honest about this at home.
