What we do not do
Deep cleans, carpet shampooing, window washing, yard work and heavy lifting are outside a caregiver’s role. If the home needs a one-time deep clean, we will say so honestly and help you arrange it, then keep it maintained from there.

Ask us anythingNo. Our caregivers are trained in senior care and screened with FBI and DOJ background checks, and housekeeping is part of a care relationship: the same person each visit, attention to safety hazards, and someone who notices when something is off with your loved one, not just the house.
Laundry, dishes, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and sweeping, beds and linens, trash, and keeping living areas tidy and walkable. Deep cleaning, windows, carpets and yard work are outside a caregiver’s role, and we will tell you so rather than do them badly.
We use the supplies and equipment already in the home, which also keeps things the way your loved one likes them. If something is missing we will add it to the shopping list and pick it up on the next errand run.
That is how most families use it. A single visit can cover bathing, meals, medications and the housekeeping, one caregiver, one relationship, one schedule.
Whatever keeps the home genuinely on track: for many families that is two or three visits a week, for others it is part of daily care. There is no long-term contract and no minimum commitment to get started.
