Most seniors feel they have all it takes to live at home as they always have. However, when activities such as preparing meals, maintaining the home, walking through the yard, descending stairs, and bathing and toileting become high-risk endeavors, having assistance and a relationship with someone during these times can ensure you continue to age healthily at home and away from the hospital.
